Terms and Conditions for Aloisia Beauty Open Casting Call Campaign:

Eligibility:
- Participation in the Aloisia Beauty Open Casting Call Campaign ("Campaign") is open to individuals of all ages, skin types, skin color and skin concerns.
- Participants must be 18 or older and based in the continental US.
- Participants must provide accurate personal information including name, age, Instagram handle, and product preference to be considered for selection.
- By submitting their information, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Selection Process:
- Aloisia Beauty reserves the right to select participants at its sole discretion based on suitability for the Campaign.
- Selected participants will be notified via email.

Product Trial and Documentation:
- Selected participants will receive an Aloisia Beauty product along with usage instructions.
- Participants are required to document their experience by taking three pictures at specified intervals:
- Picture #1: Before using the product.
- Picture #2: After 2 weeks of consistent use.
- Picture #3: After 1 month of consistent use.
- Participants must email their three pictures to care@aloisiabeauty.com by the specified deadline of 5/17/24.
- Participants are advised to conduct a patch test on a small area of skin before full application of the product to avoid any adverse reactions.

Intellectual Property Rights:
- Participants grant Aloisia Beauty the right to use the submitted pictures, along with their name and Instagram handle, for promotional purposes related to the Campaign and Aloisia Beauty products.
- Participants release Aloisia Beauty from any liability associated with the use of their images in advertising, website, or marketing materials.
- Participants retain ownership of their images but grant Aloisia Beauty a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the images in any format or medium.

Compensation:
- Participants will receive a $100 Aloisia Beauty Gift Card upon successful completion and submission of the required pictures by the specified deadline.

Liability Waiver:
- Participation in the Campaign is voluntary, and participants acknowledge and assume any risks associated with the use of Aloisia Beauty products.
- Participants release Aloisia Beauty from any liability for harm or injury arising from the use of the products in a manner inconsistent with the provided directions.
- Aloisia Beauty shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Campaign or the use of its products.

Data Privacy:
- Participant information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purpose of selecting participants, administering the Campaign, and fulfilling compensation.
- Aloisia Beauty will handle participant data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Modification or Termination:
- Aloisia Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Aloisia Beauty Open Casting Call Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
