Refund policy
US orders only. All international sales are final — no returns or refunds.
Unopened, sealed products
We accept returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 15 days of delivery (per carrier tracking).
- Email care@aloisiabeauty.com for return authorization before sending anything back.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We're unable to provide return labels.
- Once we receive your return and confirm it is sealed, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, less the original shipping and handling charge.
- Free shipping applies only to orders that are kept. If you return a free-shipping order, we deduct the original cost of shipping and handling.
Opened products
Opened products cannot be returned. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Final sale — not returnable once shipped
LED masks, LED wands, rollers, gua sha, travel size sets, bundles, and the Everyday Radiance Collection (Anti-Aging 5-Piece Set).
LED device 1-year warranty
LED masks, wands and other electronic devices are warranted against manufacturer defects for 1 year from delivery. This covers the device failing to work as described (for example power, lights or timer). It does not cover skincare results.
- To make a claim, email care@aloisiabeauty.com, then ship the device back to us for inspection. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- If we confirm a manufacturer defect, we replace the device and issue store credit for the return shipping you paid. Warranty claims are replacement only, not refunds.
- Damage from misuse or abuse is not covered, including drops, water exposure and use in the shower. In that case the device is returned to you and no replacement is provided.
