5 Clean Beauty Treatments To Do In Quarantine

5 Clean Beauty Treatments To Do In Quarantine

We’re all safe at home right now, and what better time to treat yourself to some pampering clean beauty treatments, right?!  Here are our five favorite clean beauty treatments to do while in quarantine...

1) Hair mask

We love a super hydrating hair mask, especially when worn overnight!  If you don’t have a hair mask on-hand, you can actually just leave in your regular conditioner (don’t wash it out in the shower!).  Simply pull your towel-dried hair up into a loose ponytail before bed, and when you wake up in the morning wash it out.  Your hair will be soft, smooth and frizz-free.

2) Sheet masks

Depending on your skin type, of course, you can choose your sheet masks of choice.  We love our Aloisia Beauty Deep Healing Sheet Masks for a special pampering session since it specially formulated for skin that’s environmentally stressed, irritated and/or dry.  This ultimate healing sheet masks reduces redness associated with post-facial treatments and acne, improves elasticity and restores vibrancy!

3) Take a long bath

A long bath is always relaxing.  We love adding in our favorite bath salts or bath bomb, grabbing a glass of wine and turning Alexa on to “moody folk.”  The ultimate in clean beauty relaxation!

4) Ice roll your face

Jade rolling and gua sha are amazing but have you ever ice rolled your face?!  If you’re feeling a little puffy or bloated it’s even better, but we love ice rolling first thing in the morning to give a little “wake up” to our faces, on top of the de-puffing effects.

5) Self-tanner

Sure, we’re all spending way more time inside (hey, not a bad thing for your skin!) but if you’re feeling a little blah now is a great time to try that self-tanner you bought a few months ago and haven’t tried yet.  If you mess it up…oh well. J
