Nicole This year, I’m committing to spending more time in nature. We started the New Year in the mountains, and the light, fresh air, and movement immediately shifted my creativity and mood. It reminded me how much our environment impacts how we feel.
Veronica I’m focusing on longevity and consistency. I’ve practiced consistency with my skincare for years, and now I’m applying that same mindset to movement and strength training in my daily routine so I can continue doing the things I love for as long as possible.
Chrissy This year is about healthy habits for me and spending more time with my family and friends. Caring for my skin and myself, choosing nourishing foods and relationships, and being more mindful of what I consume and how I spend my time.
