How to Use:
- Start with the curved side to your face.
- Drag the Gua Sha stone using a broad scraping motion, gently up and and out starting at your neck.
- Sweep under your chin and work your way to your jawline, chin and mouth.
- Then sweep across the cheeks starting from your cheekbones.
- Very gently sweep under your eyes.
- Sweep over the eyebrows.
- Drag the Gua Sha stone from the middle of the forehead to the hairline.
- Repeat 2 or 3 times.
