Who said oil and water don’t mix? One of the the most unique and effective philosophies that K-Beauty brings to skin care is the “double-cleanse.” As step # 1 and step #2 of the 10-step K-Beauty regimen, the double cleanse kicks-off the entire routine with an oil-based cleansing, followed by a water-based cleansing to ensure all the makeup, oil, dirt, bacteria, and other impurities are gently, yet thoroughly washed from your face. There are so many benefits to this super-cleansing combo that are superior to a single cleansing, including:
- managing sebum, and reducing breakouts and signs of aging
- prepping your skin to better absorb the other products in your routine
- providing a clean canvas before makeup application and a fresh face before bed
- indulging in self-care
That’s why we’re bubbling over with excitement to introduce you to our two newest performance-driven skin care solution, each specially-formulated to help all skin types put their freshest face forward!
NOURISH Oil Cleanser (oil-based) & REFRESH Jade Purifying Cleanser (water-based)
Both deliver clean, active ingredients from nature and science for an effective and pampering cleansing experience, and also work double-duty as the first and second step in your regimen. With these new cleansers, you’ll look forward to washing your face twice! Here’s why:
- First, oil. Oil-based cleansers break down excess oil, dead skin, makeup, and grime, all without stripping your skin of essential moisture. Luxuriously silky, our new NOURISH Oil Cleanser magically melts away makeup, sebum, and other pore-clogging impurities with an ultra-emollient blend of 8 emollient oils including Apricot Kernel Oil, Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Argan Oil. These oils are renowned for their anti-aging benefits, but what many people don’t know is that they are also excellent at removing stubborn make-up! We have curated these 8 oils because they’re rich in nutrients, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids – so they not only leave your skin squeaky clean, but also replenished, moisturized, and oh-so-soft!
- Then, Jade+ water. Water-based cleansers wash off impurities like dirt particles, sweat, makeup, and other pollution still sitting on your skin’s surface. With its gentle, lighter-than-air foam, our new REFRESH Jade Purifying Cleanser rinses all the gunk away to reveal a purified, protected, brighter, and calmer complexion. With a balancing pH of 5.4, our formulation includes potent ingredients like the amazing purifying and neutralizing powers of Jade+ Water, a unique high-alkaline water filtered through the fine White Jade stratum deep within the mountains of Korea, along with Green Tea, Propolis, and Korean Angelica. This cleanser also includes ceramides to improve the health and hydration of your skin’s natural barrier, help shield against environmental pollutants, and leave your skin feeling and looking smoother over time. This deeply detoxifying face cleanser that’s gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin.
Whether you prefer an oil-based cleanser or a water-based cleanser, or want to dabble in the double-cleansing ritual, our new cleansers are now available on www.AloisiaBeauty.com to help you nourish and refresh your skin. We can’t wait for you add them to your a.m. and p.m. skin care routine!
